Massage has been used dating back 3,000 in ancient China. Most ancient civilizations years document the use of massage. Due to these two factors, chair massage is often performed in settings such as corporate offices, outdoor festivals, shopping malls, and other public locations.

The body massage for each person is different, as all our needs are different. Some of us would prefer to wear underwear than be completely nude. Towels do cover the body, and each part is lifted as the part is massage. The key is feeling comfortable with one's professional massage therapist. Generally, a full body massage entails arms, back, legs and shoulders, and sometimes the abdomen.


Treat yourself well, try a full body massage. In the United States there are about 90,000 massage therapists. Most states in the United States require a license to practice massage therapy. This license can be acquired by taking 500 - 1000 hours of training. Interestingly, in South Korea, only the visually impaired and blind are allowed to practice massage therapy! Make sure you do try it. You may have to try a variety before you find who and which exactly suit your needs. You may try full body or chair massage. However you go, you won't go wrong.
